Аннотация

This article discusses the issue of the development of law students's written language, in particular, special attention is paid to some aspects of the module "Legal Writing". The article substantiates the multidimensionality of writing tasks and proposes a staged training module structured in accordance with key didactic principles: from simple to complex, connection of theory with practice, logical sequence, and systematic approach.
